Core Skills: Actors

Actors are people. People have desires to be satisfied. The purpose of innovation is to better satisfy the desires of people. People’s desires are different depending on the role they perform. There are 8 basic types of Actors divided into Customers and Providers. Each Actor can be one or more people.
